WTB: 15x6 wheels (4x100 bolt pattern) for street/track use

I'm looking for a set of used wheels for street/track use with the following specs:
15x6 size
4x100 bolt pattern
Offset between +17 through +39
Under 16 lbs each

If they have performance street tires on them, that's even better!

These will go on an early 90's Nissan Sentra SE-R.
