Have slab will build. 40 x 60 slab waiting for a metal building. Or if someone does stick construction in the Vancouver WA I am willing to talk.

Had a shop going up, but the wind blew it down and now I get to start over.

yep. $10k worth of scrap. Oh well, when life craps on me I just turn it into fertilizer and grow flowers.

I can get a metal framed kit from Home Depot for about $17K, but would rather give the business to our racer family. Good news is I don't have to move too fast on it.
