I sent an email to all the Contest Board Reps in July reminding them of the Rules Change process as laid out in Section 1A of the rule book. Things have been pretty quiet in the neighborhood so I thought I better put out this reminder.
Refer to section 1A of the rulebook and the Rule Change Proposal Guide linked on this site under Reference. Sept. 10 is the deadline for all proposals to be submitted to me in the proper format and documented per the requirements of 1A. The timeline is very tight for me to compile and forward proposals to the Memo Editor for publication in Memo #8. Therefore, I won't be able to accept any request for extra time.
