The pole position at the 3rd annual "Workers Appreciation Kart Enduro" is available to the highest bidder, auction proceeds to benefit the IRDC Race Officials Division (ROD).

***Change of plans. The proceeds of the pole position auction will be applied to offset the Workers Team entry fee, to reduce their costs to participate, up to the full entry fee of $600. If by chance the pole position auction bid goes over $600, whatever amount over $600 will go to the ROD workers fund. ***

Auction closes at 8:00 p.m. on Weds, January 12th.

The team with the actual fastest time at the conclusion of the pre-race time trial does have the option to retain the pole position by adding $50 to the winning bid.

That $50 bid is just a 'touch short' from what the "Legends of Fall" headed by Norm Smith bid on page 3 in the other thread... i.e. $200.

Team Legends Of The Fall ups the bid to $260.00 and at the same time throws in a mocking "who's yer daddy?" just for fun
