I recall a few drivers entering the Enduro last year in Portland as their only race for the weekend. Upon reading the entry fee verbiage on the various pages for the upcoming IRDC race, it appears there is no restriction against doing so. Is this correct?

Upon reviewing the schedules I noticed that Group 5 is first out at both races. Shouldn't Group 5 rotate down after the ORP race? Perhaps I'm missing something.
